It made it very uncomfortable, especially for someone who doesn’t smoke. The elevator also felt a bit sketchy with unkempt maintenance. Parking seemed unsafe at night, as the lot attracted some shady characters hanging around. Overall, I felt relief to have a place to sleep without any bedbugs, but the atmosphere could use some serious upgrading.

The heated pool was such a nice surprise, and I loved the cozy atmosphere of the lounge area where I could unwind with a book. There are some great relaxation spots around the hotel, like the comfortable bean bags by the fire pit and the tranquil garden. The only small issue was that the coffee in the room wasn’t restocked daily, but overall, I had a lovely stay. 😊

So, I gotta tell you, the waffles at breakfast were a total letdown. They were crusty and the waffle maker looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages! Not to mention the staff were nice, trying their best amidst the chaos.

It definitely wasn’t a bargain at all.

I loved how cozy my Double Room was! 😍 The bed was super comfy, and I enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning, with options like waffles and fresh pastries. Plus, the location near shopping was a total win for me-I found everything I needed right next door!

great access to parks and shopping for weekend adventures

my stay was easy and enjoyable since it was just a quick walk to The Shops at Nanuet for some shopping and close to Monsey Glen County Park where I loved strolling around the greenery, making it a perfect base for a city explorer like me.

the blankets were stained, the towels were dirty, and the room smelled like weed. I wouldn't recommend this place.
